As much as I love spending time with Kevin and my other family and friends some times I just need some alone time. I think I might be more of an introvert since most of the time alone time that really helps me recharge. Even if you're a more outgoing person you still need some time to yourself.
Having alone time is a way to not only recharge but it has other benefits as well. You not only work on being independent and comfortable with yourself but it will also allow you to explore yourself and your emotions deeper.
