Two Step Cheesy Queso Dip

 

I know I've brought up my love of a muchie/appetizer meal before but I love making up a dinner of all sorts of fun appetizers. We are definitely dip fiends in our house from the Chili Cheese Dip to the 3 Ingredient Crab Dip they're all amazing. Since one can't have enough cheesy dips in their recipe book I've got another super simple but deliciously addicting dip. There are a lot of versions of this dip floating around and here is the one we love in my family!

Ingredients:
1 can mild Rotel
1 can chili no beans
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions: 
1. Dump the Rotel, chili and Velveeta into a sauce pan. 


2. Heat, stirring regularly until cheese is melted and everything is heated through. 


3. Enjoy!
