WW Individual Chocolate Souffles

In an effort to keep my sweet tooth satisfied but also keep up with my attempt to loose weight, I've been looking into some of the Weight Watcher recipes I have acquired before and am getting in the current material. This recipe is found in the Weight Watchers 360 starter book.  I picked this guy because these are all ingredients we have on hand, especially in the small quantities the recipe calls for.

WW Individual Chocolate Souffles

Ingredients:
2 Sprays cooking spray
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp granulated sugar, separated
3 Tbsp low-fat chocolate milk
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat two ramekins (6oz) with cooking spray.

2. In small saucepan over medium heat whisk cocoa, flour, and 2 Tbsp granulated sugar. Add milk. Cooking until smooth, stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl whisk egg white until soft peaks start to form. slowly add remaining 1 Tbsp granulated sugar. Continue beating until soft peaks form.

5. Fold cooled chocolate mixture into whites, a little at a time, until no white steaks appear.

6. Pour batter into ramekins. Bake for about 14-16 minutes, until set and tops look dry.

7. Dust with powered sugar and serve warm!
